Made entirely of metal and equipped with liquid cooling, it guarantees constant thermal stability and excellent reliability even with the most demanding prints, and is also ideal for printers with heated chambers.
Its solid construction ensures a stable anchorage to the printhead, while expansion slots on each side allow the installation of additional modules such as part cooling fans, levelling sensors, calibration tools and customised components, thus expanding the functionality of your 3D printer and turning it into a highly customisable system.
The nozzle clamping system allows for quick and precise nozzle height adjustment, which is also ideal for multi-head systems such as IDEX, and the ability to cold-swap the nozzle increases operator safety.
Compatible with 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm filaments, the Galex Hotend is designed to offer excellent printing performance on a wide range of materials, including technical materials.

Extreme customisation

High modularity allows you to customise and adapt your 3D printer according to your needs. Thanks to the modules, you can easily expand the functionality of the system, creating a tailor-made solution that evolves with your designs and offers maximum operational flexibility.

There are three dedicated slots to install modules solidly and reliably. You can add accessories to extend the functionality of your printer, such as part cooling fans, levelling sensors and calibration tools. In addition, you can create customised modules tailored to your needs.

Advanced Thermal Performance

The casting system has been redesigned to optimise performance and ensure maximum reliability, using high-quality materials that offer exceptional thermal characteristics and strength. The nozzle is made from a single component, eliminating assembly problems and material loss, while the heating block has been optimised to maximise the nozzle contact surface area, utilising classic cylindrical heating cartridges and supporting different types of temperature sensors, while taking up minimal space. The locking system facilitates nozzle height adjustment and adapters can also be installed to use other nozzle standards.

Temperature stability

The liquid cooling system ensures constant thermal stability even at high temperatures, reducing temperature fluctuations and turbulence compared to air systems, for greater reliability. It also prevents clogging caused by filament melting in the cold zone, making it ideal for heated chambers when printing technical materials.

By adding the external cooling unit, which is easy to install and customise, you can configure the cooling system on your printer quickly and easily.

Easy installation

It can be easily and safely mounted on any type of printer. Upgrading is simple, as is the creation of a customised printhead.

Only 2 M4 screws are needed for secure and stable fixing, allowing installation in 3 different positions.

You can also use the available adapters for assembly or download existing designs.
