Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Galex3D and the consumer user in relation to the online sale of products. They include: scope and subjects, conclusion of the contract, prices, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, legal guarantees, personal data protection, intellectual property, applicable law and place of jurisdiction.
By placing an order, the consumer declares that he has read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
Consumer: natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out.
Professional: a natural or legal person acting in the exercise of his trade, business, craft or profession, or an intermediary thereof.
Product: any good intended for the consumer, supplied for consideration in the course of a commercial activity, regardless of whether it is new, used or refurbished.

3. Conclusion of the Contract
Stages in the purchasing process: product selection, data entry, payment, order confirmation.
Pre-contractual information: before the order is placed, the essential characteristics of the goods, the price including taxes, the shipping costs, the method of payment, the right of withdrawal and the duration of the contract, if any, will be communicated.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euro and include VAT.
Any shipping costs are indicated in the order confirmation.
The following payment methods are accepted: credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer in advance, and others that may be indicated on the site.
5. Delivery of Products
Delivery takes place to the address indicated by the consumer within the terms estimated in the order.
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the consumer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The procedures for exercising withdrawal (communication and return of the product) are indicated in the 'Withdrawal' section of the site.
The consumer shall return the good within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal. The direct costs of the return shall be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

made-to-measure or customised goods;

sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic or sanitary reasons and that have been opened after delivery;

digital content supplied by means of a non-material medium, if performance is initiated with the consumer's express consent.
7. Warranties and Liability
Legal guarantee of conformity: valid for 2 years pursuant to Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code. The seller is liable for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.
In the event of a defect, the consumer is entitled to the repair or replacementor to the price reduction or termination of the contractin accordance with the regulations in force.
Limitation clauses on liability towards the consumer are null and void.
For professional customers (B2B), the rules of the Civil Code apply. Legal guarantees under the Consumer Code do not apply.
8. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data provided by the customer are processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Legislative Decree 196/2003as amended.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, brands, logos, texts and images on the site are the property of Galex3D or their respective owners, and are protected by national and international copyright and trademark laws.
Any unauthorised reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The contract is governed by the Italian law. For consumer contracts (B2C), the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) also apply.
Jurisdiction: for civil and commercial disputes, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Galex3D reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes shall be effective from the date of publication on the site and shall apply only to orders placed after that date.
