Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/h1>\n

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Galex3D and the consumer user in relation to the online sale of products. They include: scope and subjects, conclusion of the contract, prices, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, legal guarantees, personal data protection, intellectual property, applicable law and place of jurisdiction.<\/p>\n

By placing an order, the consumer declares that he has read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

Consumer:<\/strong> natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out.<\/p>\n

Professional:<\/strong> a natural or legal person acting in the exercise of his trade, business, craft or profession, or an intermediary thereof.<\/p>\n

Product:<\/strong> any good intended for the consumer, supplied for consideration in the course of a commercial activity, regardless of whether it is new, used or refurbished.<\/p>\n

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the goods.<\/p>\n

The consumer shall return the good within 14 days<\/strong> from the notice of withdrawal. The direct costs of the return shall be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n
